I needed to replace hot water tank exhaust blower which Ace plumbing replaced a year ago. So I called warranty work and they are really quick to replace that part with no charge. The problem could be wrong vent design which was done by builder but Ace plumbing did their job happily. I have their membership and which is very worthy in my case. I strongly recommend Ace plumbing for best quality and customer service with value. Thank you Nat for the service.
I called ACE plumbing to get our water softener replaced. Being new to the city, I should have shopped around for better pricing. I am unsure what is the standard rate to get the water softener replaced but we paid approx. $2700. Gordon was very professional but was able to finish the job in 2-3 hours. I will definitely use their services again but this time I will shop around first.
Brandon did a great job. Friendly, helpful. Oh, and he fixed my drain, which is probably the important part.
I've been calling Ace Plumbing for years esp. when they replaced hot water tank in 2018. Today, I was very happy with Brandon, the plumber's work on a toilet & kitchen faucet replacements!! He was efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. Offered & explained the repair and replacement options. Plus, he checked and serviced my hot water tank free with service membership. Thanks again Brandon!!????
Brain was very personable and knowledgeable! Go phone number off their truck that was in neighbourhood! Upon phone office Brain finished his other job and was here in a couple of hours! I was impressed by this, thinking it would be possibly next week! Would use again if needed or refer them to my friends.
